Dual finish

Bought one coin for each date the silver eagle was made for collection and I bought the album to put them in. However some of the coins had a haze or dual finish. Not what I expected of a BU coin. My 1993 coin had a brown burnish mark over the date and the 1996 had stain marks on the Liberty skirt of the figure. Not what I want to put in my coin book. Over all the coins were beautiful and well designed. I have bought many of these coins in the past, but I thought these coins would be special'
