This is a 2006 W BURNISHED. NOT an MS P no mint mark.

2006 Burnished. It is an older graded coin because they Just put 2006 on the label. But if you look on the reverse it has a W mint mark.This is a 20th anniversary Burnished coin. NGC just did not label it that way. As I mentioned, it is probably an older graded slab and graded coin and in those days they were not perfecting the labeling. Such as Early Release, First Day of Issue and so on.
