Got 20 of these which came wrapped from the mint in a suction sealed plastic wrap. The reason they do this is to protect the coins from getting scratched since they are .9999. I'd recommend keeping them wrapped. Will def buy more of these later on.

This pure gold coin has a different color than the 22K gold eagle. It might take some getting used to. APMEX shipped minet in a flip rather than the original US Gov't plastic holder or an plastic capsule.
