Not So Good

This one is suppose to be a better coin. It is cased, but not sure how long it has been. You could see all of the way around the coin it is tarnished. I don't know how it received a near perfect score? Paid more for this coin also. I would not recommend this coin. I expect with a MS 69 and description of near perfect to be near perfect and it's not.
