1912-1914 Canada Gold $10 BU

From 1912-14, Canada produced Gold coins for circulation, but almost all of these were soon recalled from circulation to finance the war effort during WWI. As a result almost all of these coins were held by the Bank of Canada until recently.

Very Nice Coin

After ordering the graded 1913 & 1914 coins I decided to order 4 of the BU ungraded coins. I guess I wasn't fast enough to get all I wanted since they had only one left. I was expecting a coin that wasn't good enough to be graded MS 63 or 64 but was extremely surprised to get a coin that looks as nice as my graded coins. I'm no grading expert but this coin looks as nice as my MS64. At some point this coin will go to PCGS for grading. These coins from the Canadian gold reserve sale are a nice addition to a gold collection. A GREAT BUY!!!
