Had planned to get the Perth Mint monkey until I just happened to see this one from the Royal Australian Mint. The designs on the RAM lunar coins seem much more interesting than the Perth ones. Plus, it's larger in width than most other 1/2 oz gold coins. Love the beautiful design and the zodiac that surrounds the queen. This is my first RAM coin and I'll definitely be buying more of this series!

very interesting coin. you get a detailed monkey etching on one side and all the 12 zodiac signs on the other side. i would highly reccomend it
