Great Coin but not quite BU

Great coin, I enjoy buying the random year unsealed ones because they are cheaper and easier that the sealed ones because the weight and size can be tested much easier than the ones in plastic. With each year having a different design, it'f fun waiting for the surprise of which one you will get! Like another reviewer said however, mine also came with an orange rust looking spot on it. I'm guessing this is a flaw in minting, it's right on the year. Still a nice coin though.

I am 80% satisfied with this buy!

I bought ten, and am happy with eight of them. The two coins I don't like are stained by something rusty. Tried to clean them with soap and water to no avail. Hope someone shed some light on cleaning them.
