I think I just got my hopes up. These GSA Morgans are supposed to be BU and first one I received, an 1884, had scratches right on the cheek so I returned it for exchange, the second, also an 1884 was modestly better. No original packaging or COA but I wasn't expecting this - bottom line, if you order... expect an 1884 with lots of surface markings but good luster remaining, and then you won't be disappointed.
