This coin did not meet my expectations

This was certified MS-62 by PCGS and though I realize the coin shown is not the coin to be received, I was suppose to receive a coin that would match the quality of the coin shown. The coin sent to me has so much corrosion on the reverse, it's hard to make out the eagle and the shield
