1996 1 oz American Silver Eagle BU

APMEX has always come through with amazing coins but this one let me down. for the premium paid for a BU 1996 coins, the one I received was really disappointing. there is a large brown stain on the right side of liberty. I also received a 1994 BU that was in great condition. Was really looking forward to having the 1996 low montage year and now am just dissapointed.

I’ve been very happy with every purchase I’ve made so far up until this one. For being as expensive as it is due to the demand for the year I expected way more than I received. I’ve been elated with every silver eagle I’ve bought so far and then this one arrived. It almost looks like its just been sitting on someone’s stand somewhere acquiring a nice thick layer of dust and grime that someone tried to wipe off very poorly. If I could rate it zero stars I would without hesitation.

Ordered and received today my 96, 97, 01, and 02 silver eagles. Flawless coins, better than I ever expected, and great service as usual. I’m short one coin to complete my set….1999. Hope to get it soon. Can’t go wrong with APMEX!!!! Love you guys.

Without question mint state clean and clear a must have!

Thank you

Working on 2nd complete set with 3 extra 1996 Eagles. Good selection to complete sets.

I have now completed my set of Eagles from start to present but about 4 of them different dates came with a milk like finish and blackish color on the outer edge I have spent thousands on my Eagle set and silver bar sets and my promotional gift is a big stack of note pads

I have now completed a set from start to present day hope to pass on to my child

Good for collection or investment

Correctly advertised as brilliant uncirculated. The lowest mintage of this coin guarantees collectibility. Very nice!
