My daughter and I have a secret 'Ladybug' club - we two the only members for decades. Anything - pins, bookmarks, shirts, paperweights - with a little red beetle soon nestles into our collections. I have one of these rounds ready for her birthday, colored with a 'sharpie' a beautiful crimson, very fine point black marker dots on the wing covers. I know she'll like it. The 2 oz. scarab and rhinoceros beetles are just as charming. So if you're a bug enthusiast, start your own club.
