Fine silver, by definition, has a millesimal fineness of 999. Stamping "feinsilber" on these coins is equivalent to claiming that purity. Also, notice that the coin is approved for IRA accounts. There's really nothing to doubt about the purity of this coin--at least not any more than any other coin.
