BUY IT QUICKLY!! This NGC MS-70 Early Release Panda has EVERY BIT the QUALITY of the same coin stuck in a PCGS holder at almost ONE-THIRD the cost!! MS-70's will ONLY go up in value over the years because they ARE PERFECT coins!! Those with either the Early Release (NGC) or First Strike (PCGS) designators will do EVEN BETTER for you as the years pass. I bought this because I was told that Chinese Pandas were very good to have in a collection. I bought an MS 70 and 69 I should have bought 2 70's. great coin and great service from Apmex.
