2016 25x 1 gram Gold Maple Leafs - Maplegram25™ (In Assay Sleeve)

When I buy, I always do so with the idea of using my metals for future transactions. And with global tensions heating up both economically & culturally, it's not hard to imagine taking 'hasty' vacation from the U.S. to Victoria or Calgary. With these babies (& some silver 1 ounce maples) in tow, I find it hard to imagine that you would be unwelcome or unable to move through the Canadian economy during a crisis. These little guys are just really great. Little 1g coins from the Canadian mint. They look great and are packaged in a neat little blister packet. Got them from Apmex when Kitco was sold out. Decent price and great delivery.

They are a lot smaller than they appear which is fine. That just makes them easier to store and transport. Excellent value with a low margin over spot as I'm buying them purely as a gold hedge and not a collectible.

Figuring smaller sizes may barter better in a financial crisis, these maple leaf diminutive coins fit the bill nicely. What I find most impressive is the clear, crisp stamping that makes these appear to be merely shrunken versions of their 1oz brethren. When the premium over spot is as affordable as these, I'm buying!

At a reasonable markup over spot, well packaged and a trusted source in RCM, these 4 nines purity 1 gram ingots would be the ultimate bartering unit for gold should the need ever arise. As usual well packed and quickly shipped by APMEX. Own what's rare!

This is the nicest little bullion ever! The craftsmanship in these little coins is great! I will buy more as I prefer them over bars. I also have 1/20, 1/10 and 1/4 oz gold maple leafs, but the tiny 1g are my favorite!

The Canadian mint came up with another winner with these tiny 1 gram coins. The well known Maple Leaf design is packaged very well in 25 small sealed cards in a simple assay sleeve. The sleeve easily fits into a shirt pocket. These are a winner for anyone wanting gold in a smaller size or just adding another Maple Leaf denomination. I will be buying more.

I wanted some smaller pieces to have on hand for emergency situation. Beautiful pieces from a well known mint. Only downside, 1 gram coins are easy to loose, best kept in original packaging.
