Another great coin from the Perth Mint myths and legends series. Premium was much lower than an Eagle or a Buffalo. Could have a higher resale value to a private buyer based on past coins from the same series.

Grabbed this beautiful coin before they were all gone..I love mythological history & these Pixiu are no different..Known to ward off evil, they eat gold & silver too, what more could you ask for in a guardian! I combined this with an 18'' 4mm 14k gold rope chain & a 14k gold Bezel to make a unique necklace! Thank you Apmex!

I just picked this beautiful coin up. I saw that these were going fairly quickly today so I just ordered one. I have bought many Perth Mint coins and they usually grade at MS70. Wonderful design. I think the Pixiu which has an insatiable hunger for gold and silver is my spirit animal.
