poor quality

I bought a PCGS first strike quality but it has a blemish on it which can be clearly seen with naked eye.

Blemish on first stike coin

I bought a 1oz maple leaf and it has a blemish on it which can be seen easily with naked eye. I was hoping since I was buying a FS PCGS it will be perfect!
