50 gram Silver Bar - Geiger Edelmetalle

This is a great small silver bar from the reputable German GEIGER family mint. Never disappoints.

Few years back, decided to build a set of silver across the various weights offered by APMEX. Wow...very cool mix of designs, mints, and formats. Probably not a great investment--better premiums for more generic silver, and in larger quantities, but for the collector, this was a lot of fun to put together (then show to friends).

I love geiger bars.. I got this so I can have the whole set... they really stretched this one out to make it longer, I wish they didn't. I would rather have a fat bar than a skinny one. However, it's fine and looks good.

Great bar, each bar individually sealed. Quality of design comparable to PAMP. My first purchase of Geiger silver, purchased several 50Gm bars. Will be back for more. Delivery in 2 days, Thanks APMEX again!

Easy to sell. Just over spot price. Beautiful proof like appearance. Each individually wrapped. Denomination of 100 grams and above have serial numbers and UV reactive varnish on rear to help verify authenticity.

I bought a few of these.. Nice, much bigger than once bars. Nice edge.

Geiger perfection in a 50 gram size with reeded edges like a coin. Precision die cut and sealed in vacuum wrap. A perfect fit for trading during potential economic hardship and a good fit for the emergency "Go Bag." The only detraction I've noticed is that they didn't arrive in their 'featured' original packaging. Those very classy, black Geiger boxes. Instead, they came individually trim-fitted and tucked into small ziploc baggies. Perhaps it's just me, but I was looking forward to display stacking them in their original boxes in the walk-in safe. Still, a good buy for anyone looking for a solid investment. I really enjoy the heftiness of this bullion.
