When I purchased this coin I bought it for eye appeal. The mint had to discontinue this series because of the trademark on the motto. If you have one with the motto the population is a little over 7200. I bought the Swan in the same order which was dumb luck I should have bought more of both from apmex. Both coins are trading at a big premium in secondary markets.

After purchasing the 2017 BVI Pegasus coin and returning it due to damage (black spotting) I inspected this coin and found that the coin had one or two small black spots as well.

Round is beautiful and well made by Falkland Islands, but mine came with brown smudges/marks near the lettering on the top. Slightly disappointed since it takes way from the eye appeal of the round, especially since it's a "proof". Sending it in to be graded would not result in a high score because of it. The condition of my round, I would not recommend.

Coin has a dark spot and many scratches and nicks ! and from other review posted i am not the only one with issues with this coin. Returns are a pain and time wasted , this should not be my problem, so take time to check coin before shipping.

Not up to pobjoy standard. All coins scratched and one with a brown material on it. Beautiful design but disappointed by the obvious mishandling. If they are all like this buy graded only.

Bought this coin last Thursday and it showed up today (Monday) Great service as always! This coin with reverse proof is absolutely amazing. It is truly a beautiful coin that I'm proud to own.
